Hello. A mellow Sunday today, so a lot of folks usually eat out or maybe gather for a Sunday family dinner.

First post today is a bit out of place at first glance, but when you hear the story of Three Little Pigs Chi, you will see that Henry Cai’s history is similar to the beginnings of Hip-Hop.

Like Hip-Hop, Mr. Cai started with what little he had. As well, once the word of mouth spread, just like Hip-Hop, Mr. Cai has been able to maintain a living and continues progressing while keeping his old and new customers coming back. If that ain’t Hip-Hop, I don’t know what is.

Yes it may be a far stretch, but it’s Sunday and Days is hungry. Bon appetit!
